Post Potential DQ's
I've just read the threads for this week and I find it annoying that you cant actually progressively shorten the distance of your horses race without it being in the potential DQ list,

One of the horses that is mention as being a 1m6 racing in a 1m actually started in a 1m6 maiden then progressively over 4 race got dropped in distance just like real racing, some of those races being G1 G2..

I didn't think that u had to declare a distance and stick to within 3 furlongs forever, as I'm progressively dropping the distance by 1-2f each race and monarch is staying within 3f of his guide distance ( he's in a 5f race and his best distance says 1m which is a 3f drop on the back of a 1m2 race which is 2f above the preferred)

How can both be breaking the rule?

Thanks

Red

Hi Red,

This is not for me to answer but in Starters Orders and more so in the league unless its jumping a horse cannot run more than 3f from its specified distance. In my experience. Why would you run a 1m6f horse over 1m?

Why dont you post on the Yuku forum also. The league section of this forum sucks on so many levels. The league members rarely post on this site. Anything league put on Yuku that way you will get a response.

Cheers
Jay

Yeah i'll start posting on the yuku forum,

Well basically I've only been playing a matter of a couple of months so I didn't nor do I now trial my horses in the CK properly!
As I've been racing him he's been looking like he's needed a bit shorter each time hence dropping it within 3f each time.

Im not dropping him 6F each race I think that gradual drops in distance should be allowed and have seen many examples in real racing of it taking place

Cheers mate

Gradual drops should be acceptable in the case you mention whereas sudden drops are not allowed. It is not my decision though unfortunately.

See what the top dogs on Yuku say.
