Thanks westy, so this means manual checks done by the stewards? fair enough.

I give the green light to Steve to start work on a 12 week schedule.
I also give the green light to Craig & co to work on the NH side of things.
USRA is broken up but I'd like to see the feature races in UKRA.
Once schedules are completed I'd like to make them available to all so any problems that people have with them are aired and changes bought in if required.
All offering help for stewarding is much appreciated, I will try and minimise the workload by making it as automatic as possible in TOM.
Looking forward to the results!

So the plan is to go for a 12 week schedule with 25 races each week?
And for Cheltenham am sure there are 27 races this week over the 4 days.

Nice one Steve.
Craig, season is 12 weeks:
UKRA - Min 30 races p/w, max 35 for Championship weeks
NHC - Min 25 races p/w, max 30 for Championship weeks (not every race from Cheltenham for instance has to be there, St Patricks Day Derby, Pertemps Final - could be replaced by a different series of races etc.)
Would like to see the MM races included as well within the limits.

Got it.... 12 week season.
Iv just finished the Cheltenham week with 27 races in total, we can add 3 more to it, if Ryan or Paul wants to include some of there series races.
Not sure if Paul is going to be on Skype tonight to continue with the schedule.
Are we still having the Restricted Races to the new schedule? I know the numbers wore pretty low last season.
We could add less of them and add more Handicaps.
The MM races will deffo be added to the new schedule, maybe Paul has some good ideas for them again.
Not seen Ryan on MSN for awhile but il txt him to see what his plans are for the Hurricane Run Hurdle Series.
2 weeks of the NH schedule is already done Week 1 and week 9 Cheltenham.
I will put up Week 1 races soon and let people see whats happening.

Early/mid May is the aim.
I'm still not sure about restricted races, I'm thinking of either
1) Setting the number of wins just below the Top 10 wins in each league
2) Scrapping them and letting the handicaps do the job
Inclined towards the latter if we have a handicapper. Thoughts?
