I have voted for Steve.
He made a very good flat schedule, already has a website for holding stable information, and maybe just maybe he will do the newsletters again, which he sent to me last week. Quality.

Yes Rich has had his chance and wasn't the players choice either, he is too inflexible, everything is what he wants and all suggestions are rejected without discussion. We just want the league to start so we can all go back to having fun, Rich wants perfection before we can start playing; we'll be here to doomsday.

You don't need people to do this as we can just go back to last seasons tom.

the new schedules are based on other peoples suggestions - a 12 week season was suggested to rich. hemz and hooley did the nhc schedule and steve did the flat and rich took those schedules and was happy with them.
there are also a few other league rules which have been discussed as a group so i think a couple of those comments are a little harsh.
my concern would be that anybody in his position would be facing the same problem and therefore taking the flak. ive given some flak in the past aswell which was born out of impatience and frustration, but i can see that the guy genuinley wants the league to start as much as we do and does want the best for the league.

I'm new, don't even know what TOM is, but just making sure everything would be in place and league running for start of August?

this vote was done ages ago and had no bearing on the new league president so all this voting now and stating who and why is meaningless guys.

Two things.
Do we know if Steve and Hemz want the presidency?
If so can we change other to Hemz for clarity?

I personally think the 'presidency' should be a team.
Jim Cougar was all for one man to be in charge of everything.
It is too big a job for one person.
The questions we face are this:
Should one man be in charge of both leagues.
Should a committee oversea each league instead of just one man.
The answers for me personally are as follows:
Hand the NHC over to Hemz and let him form his own committee.
Keep Rich in charge of Flat and let him form his own committee.
I would be interested in being a part of the flat committee only - but I understand totally if Rich wanted his own people.
Make joint decisions on TOM - based on the FULL FACTS. Part of this frustration is not knowing the full facts about TOM and whether Dave/Colm are going to get round to it or not, and if so when. ASAP or when they have time is far too vague.

but if rich said 'this thursday colm/dave will look at TOM' and then they didnt he would get even more stick.
stop voting and posting votes on this thread because it has 0 effect on what is going to happen.

The people who need to make a firm decision one way or the other are Dave/Colm. If they need three months then they should say so.
If it is going to be three months then at least players/members could have a go at running the league manually.
I agree Rich is powerless at the moment.
