i agree if the conditions of the race have not been met horses will have be be scratched i will be a lot more careful in future sorry for any probs

These will need scratching too kenny, making you work hard this week, It might be worth Rich putting up a post and getting a sticky on it just so trainers who dont know about the strict race ratings can see, thus making running the races easier and less time consuming.

I scratched them this morning, Group races also have a max field of 16 so there are a few still to be scratched.

The Nell Gywn has a field max of 16, there were 18 horses entered so I have to scratch 2, but there were 5 unraced horses so the only fair way was to scratch all 5.

It is hard to get a run into unraced horses from week 3 onwards, but I have to go by the rule of a field max of 16, If I leave all 18 in a trainer who has a horse balloted out in another race could ask why the field size was not increased so there horse could run.

Conan has a horse in the NH which hasn't had a run this season and is entered into a G1 race.

This horse will have to be scratched from the race.

It wasn't deliberate, I was so careful to make sure it was the right distance and on the right handicap mark but somehow I forgot to check it was the right age.
My mistake, although TOM shouldn't have let me enter it in the first place.

TBH this shouldnt happen and mistakes do happen, l think the problem with TOM and the age problem ie showing up 11yo and 12yo this is why its letting this happen. Colm might be able to sort or explain better

I made the same mistake last week Davy.

Although the title of the race says 4yo+ I think this one may have been set up as a 3yo+. From what I can see all the other races seem fine.

Week 5 races 9,10,34 are the only races i can remember being changed from 3yo to 3yo+ with 14 being changed to a listed race all other races should be as Steves original schedule says. The Changes from 3yo to 3yo+ for week 5 where changed in TOM to show this. Week 4 has no errors the ages of the races shown are exactly what they should be, must be small error on behalf of TOM but as Kenny said it will get filtered out when he runs the race!

Hmm I thought only group 1 races had a max limit of 16 it's going to make it nearly impossible for unraced horses to get a run now
