 Re: NHC Week 3 Races
lovley thanks Duke
great commentry really adds to the whole thing
well done to the winners and placers
my problem is all mine getting outpaced apart from pure who was trapped behind a horse going backwards
with the 1f either side handicap rule will prob just carry on with pure as he is the only 1 showing some potential & promise
so i am a 1 horse yard now

 Re: NHC Week 3 Races
Can we race at Cheltenham more often Five winners for me. 4 of them at Cheltenham. My stable looks really good over 2m5f for both hurdles and chases and things look really good for the Cheltenham festival!!! My horses love the hill. Manifest was very impressive, Paris loves Cheltenham, so does Overture and Special Trade might be a contender for the Rynair. My other Cheltenham runners all had excuses (Sanctions baulked for a run, Conversation Piece carried 12 stone, Puff Adder distance too short and Wap Bam Boogie got injured ) My other winner Aquila showed his class coming from last to win easily giving away weight to a lot of horses that finished behind him Almost got 6 winners but Ruling Entity got beaten by a nose. Had a few other placed horses as well Great day. Keep the ground soft and things will be great for my stable Well done to all the winners.

 Re: NHC Week 3 Races
It was great to hear the comms from Jamie this week.
3 winners, 3 seconds and a third from my runners this week, so have to be pleased with that.
Winners were Out of Date, Bloated and Western Roll while Country Squire, Dick Dastardly, Atlantic Antic and Blue Fin made the frame.
Well done all winners and placers.

 Re: NHC Week 3 Races
Terrible week for me but, apart from the disappointment of my only good horse making a bad mistake when starting to challenge, that's no surprise!! Just happy to be involved!!
Alot of mine deciding to be pacemakers this week too, so at least I got them mentioned in the commentary races!!
On that subject, the Comms were absolutely brilliant Jamie. I am pretty sure you could do a job for AtTheRaces or Racing UK if you wanted, you're already better than some of the professionals mate.
Well done to the winners and placers - and thanks, as always, to all you guys who do the hard work which makes this league look like the part of the swan above the water!, especially given the issues this week.
Cheers Paul

 Re: NHC Week 3 Races
Delighted with my 2 winners. Warrior is brave and battles all the way to the line. Will be aimed at the World Hurdle. Alderstars win was a pleasant surprise. Had plenty of placed horses also. Eric Kelly ran a cracking race off top weight, plus he hates going right handed. Should win the Hennessy next week, trip and course will suit and he's nicely handicapped. Absolutely great commentary btw. Sorry about my out burst the other day. I look forward to the races every week and frustration just got the better of me.
