I'm not sure what exactly is required. I have things I would like implemented but I'm sure there is work required behind the scenes and I'm not 100% sure of what this all entails. Hopefully Hemz or anyone else who has filled roles in the past will be able to point us in the right direction.

I think we first need to decide as a group who will fill what roles and then we can move forward from there. We also need to find out where we are in Tom and if Tom is ready for a new season to start. And if not what needs to be done so that a new season can start.

Why does the president have to Flat sure if leon as some sort of Knowledge about programming then why not him become overall president even though his bias like mine are to the jumps PJ could then become Flat President then while Leon learns about TOM he can perhaps help others to work out how to use TOM in the future like PJ or even me.

Dodgydave as been working on TOM in the last few weeks but is busy and that's the problem with only one knowing how to use TOM everyone else is stuck until TOM is done and we cant move on.
