Re: National Hunt : Talk Reaction Banter

A very good Tuesday for me.
race 11 - 5th, fancied Edinburgh Lass to do better, probably needs another furlong race 12 - 3rd, Desert Storm hit the front too early, probably a furlong too far race 13 - 1st, Shoeless Girl eventually ran like she runs at home race 15 - 7th, Coastal Frigate was my most fancied horse, didn't help that he hit the last, still wasn't going to win though race 18 - 1st, Cheshire Lass ran a good race, at home she either wins or comes last, very tempremental
  Can't wait for Wednesdays races.

Another solid day for me with 1 winner and a few good places Blow (1st) - 3 from 3 now for my stable star. his style of running is very easy on the eye and he truly is a class act winning this week on soft ground which wasnt ideal. Paul your head to head was brilliant and builds great excitement before cheltenham although i think you will be racing for place money if the ground comes up good. Tricky Trickster (4th) - good effort by this mare in a group 3 but rising in the handicap now and could be hard to get her a win Strength and Honour (8th) - ran no sort of race Shes a Lady (8th) - late withdrawals left her with top weight and poor jumping left her with no chance but i think she has a big race in her Unknown Power (9th) - outpaced and finished well Champion (2nd) - continues to redeem herself this season with a brilliant 2nd in a group 1. Thought she would get up at one point Classic Class (5th) - not impressed with this mare as i thought she was better but should win a nice handicap Eagle Vision (7th) - not brought her home form to the track and could be retired Angel Annie (2nd) - brilliant effort under a big weight. hope to get at least g/f ground preferably firm for him at some point in the season as he is a different horse on it Octopussy (2nd) - another gallant effort but she is becoming frustrating. have to say the winner was fantastic and hope that was just a freak run well done all winners

Paul i know you wont want to give up your bumper crown and i have my suspicions that you are maybe trying to breed a bumper beast for week 6 to trample all over my blow

Another day, another full of results just outside the money.
Shine One (7th) - Ran on at the end, may need another furlong. Chocolate Lover (7th) - Needs 3 miles so that was a good run Champ in trouble (6th) - Good run in the Munster national, just wish he held on for some money. Monza (13th) - Another poor run. Theodore (11th) - Not listed standard Musanid (6th) - Good run in the Jnwine, will improve further for an extra furlong or two. Big win around the corner? Ghostkonski (10th) - Unlikely to win this season. Flyers Wing (6th) - Just headed out of the money but at least he has qualified for the Moores Millions finals
3 6ths and 2 7ths. I truly believe this stable is better than the 18th it currently is in the top trainers list.
Well done to all winners and placers especially David Robertson for his group 1 win.

Long Oarsman only winner today 2 so far this week the stable is having a better time now all horse's where around the money today I wouldn't Discount either my horse Walking Away On Good Ground or Lone Soldier Kev's horse out of giving Blow a run for Bumper at Cheltenham. Gray

Very up and down day. Dublin Flyer 0, hated everything about that race, a Shocker. Maid of Money, Injured Like a butterfly 0, more like a donkey. Only Royale 2nd, hopefully get a nice weight for the Hennesey. Queen of Spades 3rd, perhaps that's as good as she is. Knock Hill 1st, is now going to get killed with that run.

R11 Call The Tune (3rd) - Ran a cracker trying to give weight all round. R12 Supersonic (2nd) - Really chuffed with that. I thought the trip was too short. R13 Humble Spirit (5th) Ran better this week now handicapping. R14 Lone Soldier (3rd) - Has run 3 decent races on tracks that don't suit. R15 Bad Girl (6th) - Raced wide and never got into the race. A day to forget. R16 Historic (7th) - 2m6f hurdler. Outclassed but ran well enough. R17 Dyna Mite (1st) - 2 poor runs on decent ground meant she was well handicapped with conditions in her favour. Won well. R19 Northern Soul (3rd) - Stepped up in trip and gave a much better effort this time. Probably went to the front too early. R20 Sonic Glory (5th) - Ran well but really needs everything to go perfect to stay 3m.
Well done to all winners and placers.

Baffled by the run of Alarica, made several mistakes and was tailed off for most of the race, flew home from a hopeless position, ignore this run. Leon, vertigo also had a strange race just like Alarica. It was if they both didnt handle the sharp course. Delighted with Another Caviar's win the in the 2 mile 3 G3 hurdle in Auteuil though.
