Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
Rehearsal Hall (3rd) - An excellent third, I didn't think this one would get any money all season but he may just win one Rod Roach (8th) - A close 8th, excellent run. Was expected to finish near the back Moohimm (4th) - Made the money again but his handicap mark could be too high now Franken (8th) - Good, late headway. May step in trip next time Milth (10th) - Slightly agitated before the off so it was a pretty good run. Will do her handicap mark not harm either William Strider (6th) - Not a bad run in a listed contest Little Frankie (1st) - Napped up by the trainer beforehand and romps home (by a short head). She was very agitated on debut and was well in here but hopefully she can continue on an upward curve. An extra furlong will be ideal as well. First win of the flat season and I don't get many!! Mince Pie (10th) - Not bad from a moderate horse Bus Link (7th) - Was never going to win but was severely hampered inside the last 2 furlongs. Should help her handicap mark Too Much William (14th) - Slightly agitated at the start but still a poor run. This one will be in the class 7's before too long.
Delighted to get a winner and it makes it sweeter beating the likes of Paul and Ghost albeit off bottom weight.
Thanks to everyone involved in running the league

Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
Will put forth a full review of my runners on Wednesday, but below is a snippet from the Stewards Room into the poor running of Czaribello in the 1000 Guineas. Quote: Jamie Taylor, the trainer of CZARIBELLO, unplaced, reported that the filly had a breathing problem. The Stewards ordered CZARIBELLO to be routine tested.

Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
R2 Prophecy (4th) - good run under a big weight. might be better over 1m6f. R3 Scripture (2nd) - had a decent draw but jockey decided to drop her out early and then went wide all the way round the home turn which probably cost her the race. R8 Killing Time (2nd) - solid effort but I doubt it will do her rating any good. R9 Hands On The Clock (3rd) - decent effort at last. R10 Boom Boom (3rd) - really good run. looked in trouble 1f out but rallied well and sneaked into the frame. will be better on firmer going.
A good day for my flat stable. No winners but all 5 of my runners picked up some prize money. Congrats to Ghostzapper on winning the first classic of the season and well done to all other winners and placers.

Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
very good day 4 runners 2 winners 2nd and a 3rd
R1-Tickiderm (1st) done it well possibly the lockinge next
R5-1000 gns Pastille(3rd) really pleased with her will be better at ascot(only down side we beat both horses in week 1)
R6-Montpellier(1st) finally showed what shes capable of possible irish leger entry
R7-Moonax(2nd) crying out for 1m3f-1m4f great run all things considered
so that's now 35/35 runners all making the money must be a prize for most consistent stable

Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
Wow didn't see that coming. Sun Princess 1st, Loved the even paced race. Miesque 1st, got the pace she needs, that's as fast a race as u will see in the league. Paul u horse ran a monster of a race especially as she went sub 24 seconds. Congrats to all the winners today,

Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
Nice Pair (6th) - Only just out of the money, may need another furlong William Butler (6th) - A short head from the money, a promising run though. I expected him to struggle today Sweet Luna (7th) - A slight improvement on her first 2 runs Liquid Luna (8th) - Best run so far but that's not saying much Franken (14th) - Poor, could never get into the race
A poor day on both codes but the next 2 days should bring much improvements.
Well done to all winners and placers today

Well done Paul, richly deserved mate. No qualms here, my boy tried to go out and make all but just went too quick through the early stages of the race and just couldn't hold off that late thrust from Twlighted.
