Re: National Hunt talk reaction and banter
Week 6 runners (again!):
Race 5: Marathon Handicap chase: Geraldine II: As long as he is ridden properly; i.e. held up and not allowed to challenge with 2 miles left to run

, he should run well. He is high in the weights after his 4th in a listed chase

, but the extra 2f shouldn't hinder him too much. He is aiming for the GN trial next week.
Race 10: 3m Handicap Hurdle: Oak Ruby Orse: She is high up in the weights on soft ground, but she will hopefully run well. I think I'd prefer her to tail off though so that she gets her rating reduced! She'll stay well and keep running on.
Race 11: Victor Chandler Handicap Chase: Oak San Rose: He should win this barring jumping errors like last time. The course and trip are perfect and even the ground will suit. I'm very hopeful that he can get his second win at Cheltenham in this race. No doubt my being bullish will be his demise, but everything crossed that he jumps the last better than last time.
NAPRace 12: Dipper Novices Chase: Chick II: I'm really pleased with his last run, he has rocketed up the ratings but that doesn't matter in this race. I would expect the 2m5f to be a little too far for him, but if he jumps around then he'll keep battling.
Race 13: Victor Chandler Handicap Hurdle: Oak Crystal Rose: She has run a couple of decent races so her rating is high. Not sure if 2m4f around Cheltenham will suit, but we can only try it and see.
Race 15: Ann Boleyn Mares Graded Hurdle: Oak Diamond Rose: If she jumps around and the jockey doesn't drop her out too far like last time then she'll be there with a shout. 2m4f around Chelts will suit her well and hopefully she can finally pick up a place in a decent race, maybe she could even win it.
Race 16: Welsh National: Oak Blazing Rose and Forest Viking: Both are high up in the weights as the ratings stand right now.
Oak Blazing Rose has been disappointing of late, but maybe the step up in trip and heavy ground will help her.
Forest Viking comes into this after a win in the Moore's Millions race last week, heavy wouldn't be ideal but hopefully he can follow up with a win or a place here.
Race 18: Cerco Network Handicap Chase: Oak Dancing Rose: Perfect trip, worst possible ground. As long as she isn't dropped out too far she should run well again, but it will all depend upon what she makes of the ground.
Race 19: Pistol N Smoke Handicap Hurdle: Sage II: Heavy shouldn't make too much difference, but it wouldn't be ideal. He is high in the weights after finishing midfield in a 3m graded hurdle, maybe the drop in trip will suit. I honestly don't know, we will have to find out.
Race 20: Donald Trump Handicap Chase: Oak Diamond Currency: She should be able to win this over an ideal trip, but the ground won't suit and the jockey rode awfully last time. If given a better ride and if she doesn't mind the ground she should go very close.
Race 25: Moore's Millions Stayers: Coco Palm: Much like all of his runs, if he doesn't get left behind early he will keep galloping to the finish. Heavy wouldn't be ideal, but it will mean that the others won't run so fast so hopefully he won't get outpaced early.
